Day by day the role you play in the lives of those you serve makes a vital impact. For your clients, you are the one who helps them across a new threshold in their lives.

Simon Shingleton has that same level of dedication. As the Owner of 405 House & Home, Inc. with Keller Williams Elite, Simon creates stories of success for those around him.

A Foundation Built on Passion

From a young age, Simon Shingleton’s fascination with real estate was evident. As an elementary school student, he devoured the real estate section of the Daily Oklahoman, dreaming of the different neighborhoods and architectural wonders he would one day explore. This early intrigue laid the groundwork for what would become a successful career.

Simon’s academic journey began at the University of Oklahoma, where he pursued a degree in finance. Initially, he considered a future in finance or insurance. However, a pivotal moment came when a friend’s father, a well-established local real estate developer, invited him to join his business.

This opportunity proved transformative. Simon’s work in real estate development allowed him to contribute to over 25 projects across the area, providing him with invaluable experience and a deep understanding of the industry’s intricacies.

Taking Next Steps

In 2009, Simon transitioned to Keller Williams, a move that would shape his career trajectory. His dedication and expertise quickly set him apart. Over the years, he has been a top-selling agent and earned a coveted spot among Gary Keller’s Top 100 individual agents.

For Simon, real estate is more than a profession; it’s a way to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. He thrives on helping clients build wealth and achieve their real estate dreams, no matter where they are in their journey.

Family Foundation

At the heart of Simon’s life is his family. He is married to Rachel, a highly accomplished designer whose work has been featured in magazines. The couple has two sons, Jude and Archer, who are central to Simon’s life.

For him, being a strong provider and creating a lifestyle that allows for travel and quality family time is paramount.

Simon’s dedication to his family is reflected in his work-life balance. Despite his demanding career, he ensures he sets boundaries to spend quality time with his loved ones. This balance is essential, as it allows him to enjoy both professional success and personal fulfillment. The family’s lake house has become a cherished retreat, where they forge strong connections with neighbors and create lasting memories.

A Passion for Giving Back

Simon’s commitment extends beyond his clients and family; he is also deeply invested in his community. One notable example is his role in the KW Red Day Event in 2024. This annual event is dedicated to giving back, and Simon was honored to lead the initiative that year. They were able to provide necessities for an additional 100 families that day through Heart and Home Makeovers, a group that assists underserved individuals in setting up their homes. Through fundraising and volunteer efforts, Simon and his team were able to fund five complete home makeovers, providing families with beautifully furnished homes and essential items.

A Philosophy of Service

One piece of advice Simon imparts to his sons and to anyone entering the real estate field is to prioritize making clients feel valued and important.

“People don’t want to be impressed; they want to feel important,” he explains.

This philosophy underscores his approach to client interactions—always making the client feel like the star of the show and focusing on their needs and preferences.

Simon also emphasizes the importance of positive cooperation with other agents. He believes that treating others with respect and kindness will ultimately lead to positive outcomes. This attitude has contributed to his reputation as a trustworthy and ethical professional.

Team Wins

While Simon initially resisted forming a team, he eventually recognized the benefits of having a supportive structure. About six years ago, he partnered with an assistant and transaction coordinator, Melissa, who has been a crucial part of his operations ever since. This partnership has allowed Simon to maintain the high level of personal attention his clients expect while efficiently managing his growing business.

A Keen Eye for Design

Simon’s eye for design and style is another aspect that sets him apart. His clients often rely on his suggestions for updates, finishes, and placements, and he collaborates with trustworthy tradespeople to ensure the highest quality outcomes. This design sensibility complements his real estate expertise, enhancing the overall client experience.

Congratulations to Simon Shingleton for the way he dedicates himself to others … in turn, creating new stories of success.
