How old were you and what was it? Do you still love it or regret it? 

I was 24 years old. It's on my inner left arm and is a traditional heart with a key. I still love this tattoo!

Tell Us About One of Your Favorite Tattoos. Think of one of your tattoos that has a special meaning to you, or maybe has a special story behind it. 

My right sleeve is dedicated to all things that mean a lot to me. I have portraits of all my kids, a large piece that's dedicated to two of my friends who were killed in action during our 2011 deployment to Afghanistan. 

Do You Have Any Funny Stories on How/Why You Got Any of Your Tattoos?

I love tequila. So, I got a tattoo of a tequila-filled shot glass with a sombrero and a mustache. 

Describe the Feeling of Getting a New Tattoo. 

Ink therapy is a real thing. I like to put a lot of thought and meaning into my tattoos. The whole process is really transformative for me. 

What's a Myth You Want to BUST About Tattoos and Business?

That people with tattoos will never have careers or make a good living. Some of the most successful people I know are heavily tattooed.
