From the time she was a young girl, Arlicia Bryles remembers being drawn to real estate.

“I was that little girl flipping through magazines saying, 'This is my house,’ or, ‘This is what I would like in my home,’” Arlicia recalls. “[I didn’t realize I] was manifesting what was to come for my future. I had so much enthusiasm as a kid about living in a home because I come from a humble background. This motivated me to find a home that I not only loved but would be sustainable for my future family.”

Those early interests planted a seed that Arlicia continued to water in the years to follow. After graduating from Jones High School, she began working in retail, working her way up the ladder and into corporate management. Meanwhile, she purchased her first home at 19 years old—a huge accomplishment for anyone, but especially for Arlicia.

Unfortunately, Arlicia had a subpar home-buying experience.

“There wasn’t a real connection where I felt that the agent had my best interest in mind during the home buying process. Secondly, the home I purchased had a lot of issues, and some of those things could have been brought to my attention,” Arlicia explains. “It wasn’t a great experience, but it lit a fire in me to be the agent that I wish that I had at the time.”

Arlicia spent 12 years in corporate management, but in 2014, she decided to pursue her real estate dreams. Although she took a job as the manager of a furniture store to help bridge the gap, she took a leap of faith to become a full-time REALTOR® in 2016.

“I felt it was time to not work an hourly position. It was time for me to grow as a person and focus on the true goals that were in my heart. It was time for me to spread my wings and have faith that I would be successful in real estate regardless of the obstacles,” Arlicia reflects.

Becoming a Leader

Arlicia has now been thriving in real estate for a decade. She’s the team leader of the Future Home Solutions Group powered by Fathom Realty, a team that includes Arlicia and two additional agents. The group has closed over 200 homes in the last ten years.

“Growth is key, even with all of the changes and adversity in real estate in the current market,” Arlicia says. “We will continue to run our own race while rooting for the others to succeed.”

As a team leader, Arlicia continues to draw on her experience in corporate management.

“My time in corporate management gave me experience in teaching, training, and selling on a successful level. It taught me how to effectively support people,” Arlicia explains. “All of those skills have been really helpful in real estate… Before entering the real estate industry, I managed multiple companies, which [allowed me to hone] my skills in leadership, which in turn gave me the courage and capability to create the Future Homes Solutions Group. Being able to guide new agents in their transition into real estate is a passion of mine and the principal [reason] for forming my team. As a longtime resident and experienced investor in Oklahoma, I have an in-depth understanding of the local market trends, neighborhoods, and community dynamics. I prioritize clear communication and personalized strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.”

The culture of the Future Home Solutions Group is genuine, personable, and high-touch. Arlicia and her team keep things optimistic, believing that the opportunity to succeed is always right in front of them—if they are willing to do the work.

“We’re all in,” Arlicia beams. “Clients like working with us because honesty is [one of our] core values. We are real. We break things down in detail. We know this is one of the most expensive purchases someone will make in their life, so I'm very big on making sure clients have the informative information [they need]. [I am] always presenting options so that they make the best decision.”

Creating Positive Change

Looking ahead, Arlicia aspires to continue growing her team while being at the pinnacle of the Oklahoma real estate industry.

“When we talk about pushing for positive change in the real estate industry, that’s what I’m all about. I will continue to strive and keep us headed in the right direction. I believe that we are all here for a reason, and I will never stop being a vessel for God's will and what he has plans for me to do.

“I've always been connected to and loved real estate. From purchasing my first home and beyond—this is truly my passion.”

Family Spotlight

Arlicia is a mother of three: Albony (19), William (16), and Alaira (11). “I am the example for my children that you can be a great mom, a great entrepreneur, [and] live your dreams and goals while growing yourself and others. I didn't come from wealth, so creating generational wealth will be the legacy that I pass on to my children and for generations to come,” Arlicia says.
