With that in mind, the business of real estate isn’t for the faint of heart. It requires patience, drive, problem-solving, compassion and a desire to put the needs of others first … all qualities that Madisen Sainz brings to the world. Madisen is known for her genuine heart, bright personality and confidence.
Indeed, as a REALTOR® with Apple Realty, Madisen embraces the journey she is on each day. She definitely knows in her heart that she’s on the path that was meant for her.
“I was born to be a REALTOR®," she says with a smile.
“I’m the third generation in my family in the business. It started with my grandmother and mom, along with most of my siblings. I remember growing up in the real estate office ‘writing’ my own contracts on the typewriter and creating my own listings for the MLS chalkboard. It’s a career that I have literally grown up in, and I have grown to love it. This is my 13th ‘official’ year in the industry and I’m always learning something new!”
Apple Realty, is a family owned boutique brokerage. As she says, “We’ve been in the same office since 1982! We take the Bite out of Buying and Selling!”
Apple Realty’s sister company, D&S Property Network, is a residential property management company, and managed by Madisen’s sister and brother, Katie & Scott Wortham.
An Early Start
Madisen's journey into real estate began early on in life. Madisen’s parents and family have always been her biggest cheerleaders. Her mother, the Broker and Owner of Apple Realty, has been a true inspiration and mentor throughout Madisen’s career. Her father, Ron Burgess, previous Broker of Apple Realty, has always encouraged Madisen to purse her career dreams.
She became licensed right out of high school and hosted open houses while earning her degree in Marketing and Business Communication from Oklahoma University with a minor in Non Profit, she dove headfirst into the field, building on her education to serve others.
"I love the art of negotiating each transaction. Calling my client to let them know their offer has been accepted is the best feeling! I also love the fact that each day is different," she shares.
Her dedication is easy to see. She works tirelessly to make sure that her clients receive the utmost care throughout their entire real estate journey.
In the process, Madisen is also a certified staging professional, enhancing properties to maximize their appeal to potential buyers. She loves to make each home, as she says, “Sparkle!”
She goes the extra mile by personally helping her clients settle into their new homes, taking pride in helping them start a new chapter in their lives is one of the best things about her success.
Wonderful World
Madisen attributes her boundless energy and drive to her supportive family and faith.
"At the end of the day, it’s all about my family," she says.
She cherishes time with her family, including her husband, Darren, who serves as a police officer in Newcastle; 7-year-old daughter, Stella Jane, and their three dogs. Darren is also a licensed REALTOR® and is always assisting Madisen with her real estate transactions whenever he can!
Away from work, Madisen finds great fulfillment in decorating, traveling, hosting parties, supporting local community initiatives, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
She also enjoys being a “dance mom.” That spirit of support also shines through in the way that she generously supports local schools and sports teams and consistently gives back by volunteering within her local community.
Pointing to the Path Ahead
As she makes her way forward in the business each day, Madisen also offers helpful words of wisdom to others who are considering real estate as their own career.
"The first thing I would say is to put your heart into your hustle," she says with a smile.
“It’s important to be authentic. Also, when it comes to measuring your success, I think it’s very important to measure that by the positive impact that you have on your clients’ lives. Helping your clients should always be the priority."
Lasting Legacy
As Madisen looks to the future, she is driven not by monetary goals but by the desire to leave a meaningful legacy for others.
"It’s about how you make people feel that is really important," she says.
Madisen Sainz is someone that others can count on day by day.
In turn, she steps up and comes through for those who rely on her knowledge and care to reach their dreams. It’s clear that she embraces the journey that she is proud to be on with those she serves. She says her goal is to “Make your Real Estate Transaction Fabulous!”
